2023: $4,000
3 day rental from Friday at noon until Sunday at noon. This time can be used as you desire. You can do as you please for food either bring in your own or use a caterer of your choice. You can use whatever vendors you would like, we are not vendor picky. We do require a licensed bartender to serve alcoholic beverages and we also require special event insurance.
We have 2 barns, one for the ceremony and one for the reception. Lots of fun photo op areas, yard games, a partially enclosed outside bar and a large fire pit area. Gazebo with seating & Cigar Bar.
Includes: Tables and chairs for 120 guests (not including bridal party), Dressing rooms for Men & Woman (climate controlled) and bathrooms.
We also offer additional rental items such as chalkboards, centerpieces, cake/cupcake stands, lanterns and much more. SEVERAL amenities!

Pictures
Beautiful photo op areas set up outdoors with backdrops and props, pictures inside the barn or on the balcony, in the wooded area, in the open fields or corn fields even with the cows & donkeys. (see Gallery for photo op areas) Contact us for pricing on your engagement photos, family photos, senior pictures etc... We can even set you up with a very affordable photographer.
2023: $2,200
We offer a budget friendly Thursday Ceremony and Reception option for up to 75 guest. Includes all the same bells and whistles as you get with a weekend rental.
Rental time: 10am to 10pm with an additional 4 hours Wednesday to decorate and have rehearsal.
