3 day rental from Friday at noon until Sunday at noon. This time can be used as you desire. You can do as you please for food either bring in your own or use a caterer of your choice. You can use whatever vendors you would like, we are not vendor picky. We do require a licensed bartender to serve alcoholic beverages and we also require special event insurance.
We have 2 barns, one for the ceremony and one for the reception. Lots of fun photo op areas, yard games, a partially enclosed outside bar and a large fire pit area. Gazebo with seating
Includes: Tables and chairs for 120 guests (not including bridal party), Dressing rooms for Men & Woman (climate controlled) and bathrooms.
We also offer additional rental items such as chalkboards, centerpieces, cake/cupcake stands, lanterns and much more. SEVERAL amenities!

Beautiful photo op areas set up outdoors with backdrops and props, pictures inside the barn or on the balcony, in the wooded area, in the open fields or corn fields even with the cows & donkeys. We offer a budget friendly Ceremony and Reception option for up to 75 guests as a 1 day rental package. Includes all the same bells and whistles as you get with a weekend rental.
